The media in WebRTC/RTCWEB is sent peer-to-peer but there is nothing new here as 
this is already how VoIP works (modulo the fricking SBCs).  Webrtc/RTCWEB goal 
is to standardize how these peer-to-peer media are managed in a browser and it 
is not even a goal to make multiple Web domains interoperable, just to ensure 
that a single domain can use different browsers with the same Javascript code. 
The Web is more or less a TV with a very big remote control, do not expect any 
of this improving anything for privacy, user control or any of the stuff that 
people on this list care about.
