What are routes I have to create with route command ?
How can I routed 80 port to  with iptables ?

Check if is default gateway for all devices in LAN.

In Debian Server, traffic to Internet must be nated:
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -j MASQUERADE
