DHCPNAK = the DHCP server is refusing your request!
Is it configured ok? Has it lost your MAC address?

>From 'man dhclient'   Leases are stored in /var/lib/dhcp/dhclient.leases
You can edit the expiry date into the future and it will negotiate the
last ip address given. It looks from what you are saying you always get
the same ip address anyway.. The leases file will show this..
