Use the command "ipchains -L" as user root. Now you can see all the
filter rules for input, output and forward packets.
The default rules are set in the startup scripts for networking and in
the dial in scripts of pppd. Those you can find in /etc/ppp/ip-up.d/
Do you know the packet filter ipchains ?
