Fwctl with dynamic IP

Does anybody know how I have to config the Fwctl suite
to support dynamic IPs for the interfaces?
For example to use it on a dialup machine.

I've read the manpages, but there is no section about this topic.
Hope that was not the last discussed thread ;)
