You build now the 3 (or 4(?)) time the image and don't upload one of this image to the public... you can: 1.) run your scripts on people.debian.org and you don't need a upload with 128k... 2.) after your first upload use rsync. next hint: If you have dsl and you build new images at home: you can configure rsyncd on your local computer. Last year we use rsync with isdn...
