So, a bit like Lithuanian, then ?

Lithuanian;lt_LT;lt_LT;lt;LT;lt_LT:lt:en_GB:en;kbd=LatArCyrHeb-16(iso13)

But with iso03 for APP_CHARSET_MAP....

This would give the following in /etc/console-tools/config:

SCREEN_FONT=LatArCyrHeb-16
APP_CHARSET_MAP=iso03
