I did some research and the problem is that there is no hostname. The
below command fix this.

unset LANG
echo "emdebian" | tee /etc/hostname
echo "127.0.0.1    emdebian localhost.localdomain localhost" | tee
/etc/hosts
dpkg --configure -a
