An Astrisk PBX with an amd64? How many lines do you want to handel? Even
the smallest amd64 one would be able to handel 2-3k connections at once.
I use an Atmel AT91SAM9260 (190 MHz, 128 MByte HAND Flash and 128 MByte
SDRAM) for a GSM router with four POTs, one S0 and a 4 port FastEthernet
switch...
I have installed EmDebian on it with a self-build "asterisk".
