yes. There has been a kernel security upgrade on the box. Unfortunately it
needs manual attention to come back up and that has not happened yet. I hope
Allen is not away on holiday for weeks...
So, sorry, but, yes it's dead and we can't do anything about it from here.
It will hopefully be back soon.
