Unfortunately the ARM7TDMI has no MMU, so no full linux will run on it.
And as the goals of emdebian are to deal with "normal" Linux this cpu
will not be supported by emdebian.

Of course we are willing to help and therefore I point you to
www,uclinux.org which can run on cpu's without MMU.
This will be more appropriate. Of course you are always welcome to ask
developing embedded stuff on Debian related questions here.
