Dear Maintainer,

Trying export any org-mode file leads to the error :

"wrong type argument: commandp, org-export-dispatch"

This happens with or without any local emacs configuration (.emacs
file).

This bug was actually in dh-elpa [cruft files not cleaned up when
elpa-foo package is uninstalled] and has been fixed. I just confirmed
export functions correctly and set the fixed version.
