   * Manage patches using gbp pq and mark Forwarded: not-needed as fit
   * Drop oldoldstable emacs version in Recommends in d/control
   * Update Standards-Version to 4.7.0; no change needed
   * Add Bug-Database and Bug-Submit in d/u/metadata
   * Add myself to Uploaders

Note: the finalizing commit is in a separate `uploading' branch in case
there are comments to address.  If you'd like to sponsor from Salsa
