Dear maintainers,

I have been working on fixing uscan errors for Emacs addon packages, and
I have prepared d/watch fix for org-drill, as well as syncing to latest
HEAD version as well as a few lintian warnings as a merge request[1].
Please help review and comment.  Thanks in advance!
