Bug#992346: elpa-org: install script from elpa-org package failed

I'm not sure what elpa-org is - is it the debian package for
installing Org using Org ELPA?

In any case, Org ELPA will be shut down after Org 9.5.

Org will continue to be installable from GNU ELPA and org-contrib
will be installable from NonGNU ELPA.
