I generally won't nag you about new upstream versions, and the reason for this exception is the piuparts failure, which is RC (release critical bug) if it's not a transient failure. eg: byte-compilation when installing the package should not fail. Stable22sid is also now failing, and someone on the Release Team will eventually file an RC bug, or upgrade the priority of this one. P.P.S. I didn't tag this bug as serious because I couldn't reproduce the failure on amd64 for stable2sid nor stable2testing2sid, so I wonder if it's an armhf thing...nonetheless, an official release arch thing.
