I finally found some time to look at it. I have a hard time testing
geiser these days as it seems not to support racket features that I use
quite a lot. So I'm relying on you to test it for functionality. As far
as your changes

- please add yourself as an uploader, and remove me.
- please update the debhelper compat version, and the standards
version. These are items 2 and 4 on Nicholas's checklist, so hopefully
  he can provide further explanations.
- if you think the package is ready to upload (it's OK to be wrong,
it's a learning process), switch the distribution from UNRELEASED to
  unstable.

cheers,

d
