The Debian Emacsen team has recently adopted emacs-goodies-el and we are in the process of transitioning it to a dummy packages that depends on a series of non-native elpafied packages. Consequently, we aren't adding any new els. Are you still interested in having this package in Debian? If so, do you know of an alternate upstream for this package? I wasn't able to find one that either uses a VCs or provides actual releases. If a suitable upstream is found we can change this to a RFP bug for an elpafied package. Cheers, Nicholas
