The Debian Emacsen team has recently adopted emacs-goodies-el and we are in the process of transitioning it to a dummy packages that depends on a series of non-native elpafied packages. Consequently, we aren't adding any new els. elpa-iedit provides [1] and [2] [3] states "mark-multiple has been superseded by multiple-cursors" [4] https://github.com/magnars/multiple-cursors.el If you would still like [4], please reassign this bug to wnpp and retitle it to "RFP: multiple-cursors-el -- multiple cursors for emacs", or file a new bug, or ask me to do it for you, as you prefer ;-) Cheers, Nicholas
