control: retitle -1 drop tail.el control: notforwarded -1 The comments in tail.el say that "active developement" is in CVS on alioth. I couldn't find any other upstream activity on it, so I propose to drop it from emacs-goodies-el. If there is demand (and an upstream maintainer), we can bring it back as an elpa-package.
