CSS.  They are licensed under the GPL.

Karl's mode is the basis for the standard javascript-mode that ships
with gnu emacs now, so I guess this bug is not needed.

Feel free to file RFP's for the other modes if they are useful and have
viable upstreams. Also feel free to CC debian-emacsen@lists.debian.org.
