You just need to Conflicts: with emacs-snapshot (which if you're using
Romain's Debian patch, you should do already).
Although it would be nice to have those emacsen flavours parallel
installable somehow (e.g. if some user wants to use emacs-snapshot, and
some other user wants to use emacs-snapshot-gtk).
