  Actually, I have a local Subversion repository in my box.

  I want to use alioth repository to co-maintain xemacs21.  We
have already alioth project of Debian XEmacs Package:

https://alioth.debian.org/projects/pkg-xemacs/

but, I'm not a member of this project.  I'll contact James, who
is a previous maintainer, to add my login name to this project.
