Thanks I have noticed, but maybe you could give a little more feedback
on some issues.

The problem with the package is, that xemacs has included and updated
it's official packages, on some reason debian continues with its own
package like the x-symbol package for xemacs, which is quite outdated.
The auctex problem I consider the most serious.

I did not consider my remarks as bugs, but if you think it will be
faster this way, I report them as bugs.

Ok as you prefer, but how can we then help closing bug reports if you
don't wnat NMU?
