I'm sorry I can't answer your question with certainty, as I don't
currently have access to a live deployment of Debian Edu.

According to the Debian Edu Bookworm status page
(https://wiki.debian.org/DebianEdu/Status/Bookworm), this version of
Debian Edu hasn't been officially released yet.

However, if you think you can avoid or work around the known problems
that need to be fixed, listed on the status page, I think it should be
feasible to install Bookworm on a new machine using the Debian Edu
installation media. You can find the
debian-edu-13.1.0-amd64-netinst.iso
at https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-cd/
