if you got to https://wiki.debian.org/DebianEdu/Documentation/Bookworm you see
the manual consists of 24 pages (22+index+allinone), so I'm pretty sure I just
did that manually. (Open each page, clicked edit, marked all the text, open the
same URL but with s#Bookworm#Forky# for the url, then pasted the text and then
search and replaced Bookworm with Forky in the text, with manual confirmation
or with first searching for Bookworm and confirming this is a Bookworm/bookworm
string that needs to be replaced with Forky/forky.)

Each page has to be reviewed anyway and that the slow manual process, so I've
not bothered to optimise creating those pages with a script. Once you have
https://wiki.debian.org/DebianEdu/Documentation/Forky (=the index page) 
with content/links for forky opening those pages is a matter of a middle mouse
click, so trivial again.
