Re: Debian Edu 12 - Call for Testing
Hi Mike,
despite your suggestions, I tested on physical hardware:
Installation from >
http://get.debian.org/cdimage/release/current/amd64/iso-bd/debian-edu-12.5.0-amd64-BD-1.iso
failed with multiple checksum errors; see (part of) install_log below
Installation from >
http://get.debian.org/cdimage/release/current/amd64/iso-cd/debian-edu-12.5.0-amd64-netinst.iso
seemed to work fine at first, despite eth0 and eth1 got swapped during
reboot. Is it the correct way to swap it back in /etc/network/interfaces?
After doing that and working on GOsa, I happened to run apt update and
got lots of messages, claiming:
Splitting up /var/lib/apt/lists/deb.debian.org_debian_dists_*_InRelease
into data and signature failed
- see apt_update_log below
Guess, that could be fixed by renewing
/var/cache/bind/managed-keys.bind* ?
Managed finally to install without connection to my network from
>
http://get.debian.org/cdimage/release/current/amd64/iso-bd/debian-edu-12.5.0-amd64-BD-1.iso
, fixing the swap of eth0 and eth1 and reloading
/var/cache/bind/managed-keys.bind*
, so apt update works w/o errors
I have a mostly running system!
Only problem: Can't import my users via .csv
Any hints on this?
Thanks for all the work of the Debian-Edu team!
Kind regards
readU
Frank
