Bug#1064412: debian-edu-doc: Link errors in Bookworm doc
Source: debian-edu-doc
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
When building translated docs (although it's not a translation-specific issue), I noticed the following error output:
Error: no ID for constraint linkend: "DebianEdu".
Error: no ID for constraint linkend: "Installation--Installing_a_gateway_using_debian-edu-router".
Error: no ID for constraint linkend: "Administration--ldap-createuser-krb5.2C_a_command-line_tool_for_adding_users".
These errors did not prevented the docs from being built, but the links lead to the doc home instead of a specific section in the docs (undesired behavior, I suppose).
The above messages are related to these two paragraphs from the 'debian-edu-bookworm-manual.xml' file:
In case you do not already have a router or your existing router cannot be set up accordingly, any machine which fulfills the requirements for a minimal Debian installation and which has at least two network interfaces can be turned into a gateway between the existing network and the <link linkend="DebianEdu">DebianEdu</link> one. See <link linkend="Installation--Installing_a_gateway_using_debian-edu-router">installation documentation</link> for a simple way to install and set up a Debian machine using <computeroutput>debian-edu-router-config</computeroutput>.
User accounts can also be added from the command line using the <computeroutput>ldap-createuser-krb5</computeroutput> tool, see the documentation in the <link linkend="Administration--ldap-createuser-krb5.2C_a_command-line_tool_for_adding_users">Administration HowTo</link>
Best regards,
Rafael
