Bug#1008067: update-proxy-from-wpad: exits with exitcode 1 in some cases and lets ifup fail

Similar to #1006604 update-proxy-from-wpad does sometimes exit with a  
non-zero exitcode. This script is used as post-up script for ifupdown  
for the first LAN NIC (eth0) of Debian Edu networked workstations.

Failing post-up hooks in ifdown cause the whole ifup operation to  
fail, not being able to update the proxy server setting from WPAD  
however, should not be fatal to ifupdown.
