Bug#1006604: debian-edu-config: Debian Edu clients without GOsa system entry loose IP address after 30min

I have checked this issue once more today and provided a fix for the  
original bug title (also with improved log messaging).

I also researched what installation variants of Debian Edu should be  
affected by this (by studying our code). Answer is: all except from  
the Main-Server profile and except from hosts that have "gateway" in  
their hostname (see debian-edu-config's postinst script).

As a consequence, I expect the IP-loss-after-30min to happen on  
Standalone and Roaming workstations, too, if they are connected to any  
network via LAN. Outside of a Debian Edu network, people should not be  
bothered with IP losses IMHO.

If IP loss happens on e.g. roaming workstations on some foreign LAN,  
as well (I will test this with a notebook I have in my office later  
today), than I will retitle this bug and raise severity again, provide  
the fix for bullseye, etc.
