I am not sure if everyone has been able to reply to the poll yet:
However let's make a meeting today (March 15), starting at 13:15 UTC+1 (since Paolo cannot be there at 13:00). If not everyone is present, let's discuss at the meeting what to do next.
In the meeting, everyone is going to present his project quickly, with an agenda like this:
* What are the key features/ideas ("unique selling points")?
* Who develops it?
* Who uses it?
* What is the (technical and organisational) relationship to Debian?
* What are some interesting future plans?
In the end we can also discuss about how to manage the GSoC project:
