Bug#1004605: debian-edu-config: libsss-sudo missing on roaming workstations

When testing Debian Edu roaming workstations, admins (people with sudo  
permissions, such as the initial user) had the problem of not being  
able to run sudo on those machines.

This is due to roaming workstations missing the libsss-sudo package.
