Bug#390449: update package or remove it entirely? (also drop using ftp.skolelinux.org's apt repo)

squeeze is unsupported already.
wheezy support will expire in 2018.
jessie doesn't use our repository so far, thus doesn't need this
package, same for stretch.

FEB19998A26FF456 is 1024bit key (sigh) valid until 2019.

I suppose it's best to drop this package during the stretch development
cycle and stop using the repository for anything post-wheezy.
