I suspect you need to modify wanted-list in
<URL: http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/debian-edu/trunk/src/build/CD-administrator/ >
to check out the correct version of debian-edu from git, and perhaps
adjust the relevant CONF-*.sh to specify the APT sources to use.
