This would only be cosmetic and is unneeded. 192.168.1.0/24 is already 
configured (DNS and DHCP).

All you have to do:

(1) add entry to /etc/network/interfaces
(2) service networking stop
(3) service networking start
(4) adjust /etc/default/isc-dhcp-server
(5) service isc-dhcp-server restart

IMO this depends upon your network and main server capabilities, so you 
have test it.
