GOsa²: Primary group filtering not needed at the moment in Debian (Edu)

Hi Cajus, hi Debian Edu maintainers,

while looking through all the open GOsa² bugs, I came to the  
conclusion, that we drop the idea of having a primary group filter in  
GOsa² 2.7.x (while GOsa² 2.6.x had it).

If anyone on the Debian Edu team thinks a primary group filter is  
really a must in Debian Edu's GOsa², please speak now...
