After reboot NICs again were disordered in

Is this bug #765577 or something else? Do you have duplicate entries
or incorrect ordering?

The ordering was changed. I can't determin weather this is bug #765577, because calling http://bugs.skolelinux.no/ leads to
"Software error:

Can't connect to the database.
Error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)
Is your database installed and up and running?
Do you have the correct username and password selected in localconfig?

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (debian-edu-sysadmins@lists.alioth.debian.org), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. "

We could log in with 1st user. With then created 2nd and 3rd one we
could not. Editing "Password Storage" for these in GOSA from default
ssha to sha and re-assigning a password helped.

That sound like something new. Can you provide more details? How did
you come up with the idea to change Password Storage? Can you add a
entry in <URL: https://wiki.debian.org/DebianEdu/Status/Jessie >?

Thx for doing this, i didn't find the time :-(
