Bug#760084: sitesummary: postinst fail on first but not second invocation

When installing the Debian Edu Main Server profile in Jessie, pkgsel
fail because sitesummary fail to install. I am unable to figure out
what is wrong. Here are what I believe are the relevant parts of the
d-i /var/log/syslog for a failing installation:
