Package: debian-edu-doc Severity: wishlist Dear All, Please find attached the file audacity-manual.nl.po.gz, with the Dutch translation of the debian edu manual for audacity. Given the limited scope of this manual and the fact that there exists upstream an up-to-date and more extended manual (with localisation effort), licensed under a DFSG-free licence (Creative Commons Attribution 3.0), I wonder if I should consider packaging it for Debian in a separate package. I'am aware of bug #313038 against the audacity package and it's wontfix-tag. If I understand it's motivation well, it is merely because the manual is available on the internet. So a concertation with the audacity maintainers will be necessary, in the first place in order to determine if packaging the audacity documentation for Debian would be a worthwile effort. Frans Spiesschaert -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.5 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores)
