Downgraded packages on the wheezy ISO build? (Was: [debian-edu-commits] r82579 - trunk/src/build/CD-administrator)

What happened here?  The build just downgraded some packages in the
production repository?  debian-edu-artwork went from 0.45-1 to 0.0.33-3,
gosa from 2.7.4-4.3~deb7u1~edu1 to 2.7.4-4.2, sitesummary from 0.1.8 to
0.1.5, slbackup-php from 0.4.3-2+deb7u1 to 0.4.3-2 and smbldap-tools
from 0.9.7-1+deb7u1~edu1 to 0.9.7-1.
