Debian RT Ravel can’t access to wiki.d.o anymore

Hi DSA,
Since the wiki is now only accessible behind HTTPS, we can’t connect to
it from Ravel anymore (<@weasel> unsurprisingly, since it now uses a
mafia signed cert and we don't trust the mafia):
