Eduroaming

Hi,

eduroaming 0.2-1

I've commited an update yesterday. It's working with
Ubuntu 12.04 and Ubuntu 13.04. Tonight I'll commit
again with the changes in the README.Debian file.

To use it:

1) Create root passwd and access
2) Install libpam-mklocaluser 0.8
3) Install gdm | kdm and configure to use it at the place of lightdm
3) Install eduroaming and reboot
