I do not really know much, as I am not one of the ftpmasters, but
found <URL: http://wiki.debian.org/DebianEdu/HowTo/Ftpmaster > with
some information.

Would be very nice to get the upload queue working again for Debian
Edu, as its malfuction block both development and proper work on the
first point release for squeeze.
