Bug#629054: only affects diskless workstations

retitle #629054 GNOME: cannot unmount USB devices on diskless workstations
thanks

Hi all,

Marcel, member in our support team, checked the unmounting issue reported as #629054.

The reported issue about not being able to unmount USB media only affects the diskless workstations (squeeze). On normal workstations, nothing has to be done/fixed.

Also, after unmounting a USB flash drive, a folder (following the naming scheme abcd:1234 where these match <class>:<subclass> of the USB device) remains.

This folder is owned by root and remounting of the same USB device leads to a read-only mounted USB device.

Only way to get the mounting working again is a reboot of the diskless machine.

Best
Mike
