Bug#678931: debian-edu-config: modified base pam configuration after purge

Probably bug in debian-edu-config to leave these behind.

Must be piuparts-related.

Probably not a bug in debian-edu-config, but pulled in / created
dependencies.

Probably bug in debian-edu-config not calling
