d-e-c ships the GOsa NIS netgroups plugin provided by Alejandro Aescanero for the D-E project. 

Current translation available: en (default) de es fr
GOsa-core in Debian squeeze is translated into: en de es fr it nl pl pt ru vi zh
I just openend a discussion on translating GOsa into other languages on Debian Edu ML, so maybe more languages are possible. 

The translating teams should be made aware of this(?).

this bug.
