Hi,
Yes, freerdp is more modern. I was unsure if /how to use it in seamless mode and since I know rdesktop works nice with server 2k3 I tried it out.
After some googling I installed libfreerdp-plugins-standard, that was not installed from start, but it seems like the plugin for seamless mode is called rail.so and that one is not provided with the plugins standard. Im not comfortable with installing a dev environment on a production server (to be), and furthermore I cant figure out if that plugin will be compiled if compiling freerdp yourself anyway.

There it looks like it should be provided with freerdp.. at least on Ubuntu.
Anyone that can give me a further hint about running freerdp seamlessly?
