Currently not so. The NIS netgroup plugin for GOsa does not support hooks (or I am completely mistaken, which might be).
Currently, the gosa-sync-dns-nfs script is only launched if a host is created/modified via gosa or if it is removed. Nothing currently happens on NIS netgroup changes.
