1. choose KDE4 'kickoff'
2. then chose 'programs'
3. and then 'internet'
4. right klick on 'web browser'
5. choose 'add to desktop'
6. get your editor and go to /home/$user/.local/share/applications/
7. find there a desktop-file (xml) which can be edited by your choise
7a. or edit the configuration of that file by moving over the icon
and klickon the tool sign
maybe this helps, ... or not. ;-)
