Bug#650040: d-i installation profile ,,MINIMAL'': install network-manager

The MINIMAL d-i profile for d-e machine installation does not install  
NetworkManager by default. Due to this, the hostname will not be set  
via DHCP automatically.

If NetworkManager gets installed on system setup the cfengine script  
cf.network-manager will add an appropriate line to

  /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/01ifupdown

that sets the machine's hostname from DHCP4 results.

If NetworkManager is missing on the system this patch will never be  
applied after installation (at least I think this).
